Hull City are close to signing midfielder Sebastian Larsson on a free transfer.
The 32-year-old has been offered a one-year contract with the option of another year by the Championship club after deciding against staying at Sunderland.
The Sweden international has also been talking to Spanish outfit Levante this summer.
Larsson made 21 Premier League appearances for the Wearside outfit last campaign but was unable to help them avoid relegation to the Championship.
Hull manager Leonid Slutsky is eager to add experience to his squad before the transfer window slams shut after losing big figures, such as Tom Huddlestone and Curtis Davies.
