Oxford United manager Karl Robinson believes EFL clubs have become 'sloppy' in their Covid-19 protocols amid a number of match postponements following positive tests.
Robinson revealed players and staff at Oxford have only been tested twice 'over the course of about six or seven weeks' and urged a return to the strict rules imposed when football restarted in the summer.
Only five of 12 scheduled fixtures in League One went ahead on Tuesday after coronavirus outbreaks at a number of clubs including Sunderland, Hull City and Peterborough United.
