Newcastle director Amanda Staveley shared her joy on Instagram as she celebrated the Magpies win over local rivals Sunderland in the FA Cup Third Round.
The two teams met in a much anticipated Tyne-Wear derby, the round's standout tie, and it was the Premier League team who came out on top.
An own goal from Black Cats Daniel Ballard opened the scoring, before a second half brace from Alexander Isak booked Newcastle's passage to round four and claimed local bragging rights.
Staveley was in the stands watching the first meeting between these sides since 2016, and shared her celebrations of Newcastle's third goal on her Instagram stories feed.
