Sunderland striker Fabio Borini is a target for Roma and AC Milan.
The 25-year-old scored a spectacular consolation goal for Sunderland in their 3-1 defeat at Manchester United on Boxing Day.
It was Borini's first strike in a season hampered by injury and manager David Moyes is loathed to lose him with such a threadbare squad at his disposal.

Roma and Milan have spoken to the Italy international's representatives about a proposed loan with a view to a permanent deal.
