Florida State finished the first quarter on an 18-2 run and never looked back as the Seminoles downed Troy, 103-67, at the Tucker Center on Tuesday.Amber Rivers hit a free throw to cut the FSU lead to one, 9-8, but the Seminoles reeled off 18 straight points before a pair of charity shots from Kayla Robinson capped the quarter. The Trojans were held without a field goal for the final 5:59 of the opening frame.
