CONWAY, S.C. – Trent Tingelstad drove in seven runs, three on a three-run home run, and added four hits as ULM went on to run-rule fourth-seeded UT Arlington, 18-5, in Thursday night's finale at the Sun Belt Baseball Championship at Springs Brooks Stadium.
Ty Barnes tossed all seven innings for the Warhawks and earned his fifth win in the process (5-3). He allowed only five hits and four earned runs with two walks and two strikeouts.
Chad Bell was 3-for-4 for ULM with four RBIs in the game. Bell added his own three-run home run in the eight-run sixth inning.
