NEW ORLEANS - Arkansas State senior defensive lineman Jake Swalley and Georgia State senior safety Bobby Baker are semifinalists for the 2016 William V. Campbell Trophy, presented by Fidelity Investments®, announced Wednesday by the National Football Foundation.
The award recognizes an individual as the best football scholar-athlete in the nation. The NFF will announce 12-14 finalists on Nov. 1, and each will receive an $18,000 postgraduate scholarship as a member of the 2016 NFF National Scholar-Athlete Class, presented by Fidelity.
