Alexandria Stiteler, South Alabama (Jr., Bradenton, Fla.)
South Alabama junior Alexandria Stiteler posted an unbeaten week with three singles and two doubles wins. Stiteler's three singles victories were in straight sets and two came against Sun Belt opponents as she lost no more than four games in a set, all playing at the No. 1 position. Her singles wins came against Louisiana Tech's Karla De La Luz (6-2, 6-1), Troy's Sanae Ohta (6-1, 6-2) and Georgia Southern's Arianne de Winter (6-2, 6-4). In doubles at the No. 2 spot, she paired with freshman Yu Fujioka for a 6-2 win over Louisiana Tech's Nadja Manjon and Angela Lorenzo and a 6-3 victory over Georgia Southern's de Winter and Paula Boixader.
