Coastal Carolina senior Aynslee van Graan won the Mile run at the VMI Winter Relays in her first indoor meet of the season. Her winning time of 4:55.33 ranks tops in the conference heading into the Sun Belt Indoor Track & Field Championships.

South Alabama sophomore Autavia Fluker won the shot put at the Samford Invitational, breaking the school record with a 15.05m (49-4.5) effort. It was the best mark in the event in the Sun Belt last week and the second-best distance in the conference this season.
