Penny Hart caught 11 passes for 190 yards and three touchdowns to lead Georgia State’s record-setting offensive effort in a 47-37 win at ULM. The Panthers’ earned their third straight win, all on the road, by knocking off the previous Sun Belt leader and the hottest team in the league. With his third straight 100-yard game, Hart set the Georgia State record for receiving yards and tied his own school record for catches. His performance keyed a record-setting day for the offense, which piled up a school-record 670 yards while scoring the Panthers’ most points ever against an FBS opponent.
