Nick Gatewood (Georgia State, Sophomore, C)
Georgia State catcher Nick Gatewood went 11-for-21 (.524) with three home runs last week to help the Panthers to three road victories, including a split at Big Ten foe Minnesota and then a series win at Texas State. He scored six runs and drove in four, compiling a 1.000 slugging percentage and a .545 on-base percentage. Gatewood homered in both GSU victories over Texas State and collected six hits in the series, helping keep the Panthers in position to earn a berth in the Sun Belt Tournament.
