SAVANNAH, Ga. – Georgia State junior forward/midfielder Frank Rosenwald knocked in the game-winning goal in the 76th minute to send the top-seeded Panthers to a 2-1 victory over fourth-seeded Coastal Carolina in the first semifinal of the 2018 Sun Belt Men’s Soccer Championship.

The win moves Georgia State to the championship final for the fourth-straight year. The Panthers will take on the winner of Friday’s nightcap between second-seeded Georgia Southern and third-seeded Appalachian State.

The deciding goal came on a bouncing ball inside the six-yard box off a save by Coastal Carolina senior goalkeeper Chris Dattalo that found Rosenwald, who put a right foot on the ball and delivered it to the back of the net for his third goal of the season.
