Marshall's 2016 National Signing Day Outlook

2015 was supposed to be a rebuilding year for the Herd, but Holliday claimed is was nothing more than reloading. Marshall rolled out the top ranked class in CUSA, touting freshman quarterback Chase Litton who earned the Herd's starting job in game No. 3 and never looked back. Of the 14 recruits that joined the program last season, four saw the field, with three playing significant time.

Here's a snapshot of the Herd's 2016 Class that have committed heading into Wednesday based off the information from 247Sports.

Standing at the top of the class is linebacker Jaquan Yulee out of Virginia.
