NEW ORLEANS – Louisiana enters the 2020 softball season as a consensus top 10 pick among five national preseason polls, ranking eighth in the D1Softball.com, FloSoftball and Softball America polls and 10th in the USA Today/National Fastpitch Coaches Association and ESPN.com/USA Softball polls.
Louisiana is set to embark on the upcoming season once again leading the way for Sun Belt Conference and vying for a national championship run.
