Houston continues to add quality teams to their non-conference schedule with their recently announced addition of Pac-12 member Washington State. The agreement is a home-and-home series with the first game being played at TDECU Stadium on September 14, 2019 and the second game at Martin Stadium on September 12, 2020.
Washington State leads the all time series 2-1, and the two Cougars have not met since the 1988 Aloha Bowl, which Washington State won 24-22.
This is yet another great addition by Houston to the non-conference slate. After playing Oklahoma and Louisville last season, they will play Texas Tech and Arizona in 2017.
