NEW YORK – Sun Belt Conference Commissioner Keith Gill heads to the Big Apple this week to speak at Columbia University's Sports Management graduate program.
Gill is set to serve as a guest panelist during a special one-week intensive course focusing on fundamentals and contemporaneous issues of intercollegiate athletics led by Wake Forest Director of Athletics John Currie. The 40-hour class is designed to focus on a wide range of topics, taking a deep dive in both headline and background issues, surrounding athletics on the collegiate level.
"I am excited to share our Sun Belt vision and engage students in an interactive discussion on the role of athletics in higher education," said Gill.
