Georgia State's Sullivan Named First-Team Academic All-America

ORLANDO – Georgia State football standout Chandon Sullivan accomplished another first for the Panther program as the senior cornerback was named as a first-team selection to the 2017 CoSIDA Academic All-America® Division I Football Team, announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America. He is Georgia State’s first football Academic All-American®.

Sullivan, from Winder, Ga., is a journalism major with a 3.84 grade point average. He is earning his degree this semester.

This is the latest academic honor for Sullivan, who last week was honored as one of 13 national finalists for the for the 2017 William V.
