ATLANTA -- Georgia State receiver Penny Hart has been named to the Watch List for the Biletnikoff Award, which annually recognizes to the outstanding receiver in college football.
Hart is the leading receiver in the Sun Belt Conference, averaging 8.4 receptions and 111.0 yards per game with five touchdowns. He ranks fourth in FBS in receptions per game and seventh in yards.
The reigning Sun Belt Offensive Player of the Week is coming off a school-record 190 yards receiving and three touchdowns in last Saturday's 47-37 victory over ULM.
During Georgia State's current three-game winning streak, Hart is averaging 10 catches for 154.
