Georgia Southern Offers Former Wisconsin QB DJ Gillins

The Georgia Southern Eagles have made a major move in the recruiting game by offering former Wisconsin quarterback and four-star prospect DJ Gillins.

Gillins is plying his trade at Pearl River Community College in Mississippi this fall and should have two seasons of eligibility left afterward. He saw the field at UW as a wide receiver in 2015 after redshirting his freshman year, but decided to transfer so he could move back to the quarterback position.

Make no mistake, Gillins was a stud while playing high school ball in the Jacksonville, Florida area.
