Breaking Down the Best and Worst of the G5 at the NFL Combine: Day Two

Some players took their chance to shine, like Western Kentucky quarterback Brandon Doughty, while others failed to leave a good impression.

The NFL Combine's second day of on-field workouts Saturday saw quarterbacks, wide receivers and running backs get their chance to show off their skills for the scouts and coaches in attendance.

While some players saw their draft stock improve by leaps and bounds, others had performances that had them chalking it up as a bad day.

Below is a run down of some of the best and worst of the combine's second day:

The Good

Brandon Doughty: After a less-than-desirable East-West Shrine Game performance, Doughty needed a huge boost during the combine to turn some heads and get scouts back in his corner, and he did.
