Appalachian State senior guard Ronshad Shabazz averaged 33.5 points, going 21-of-42 (.500) from the field, 14-of-24 (.583) from three-point range and a perfect 11-of-11 from the free throw line while adding 5.0 rebounds per game in two games. Shabazz had a game for the ages against ULM, pouring in a career-high 47 points on a career-best 17 field goals made and a school record-tying 10 three-pointers. He also became the first player in school history to score 500 points in three different seasons and just the second player to score 2,000 points in his career.
