Wantaway Marko Arnautovic and local hero Xherdan Shaqiri watched on from the sidelines as Stoke claimed the Uhrencup after a penalty shootout.
Arnautovic sat out the game with a twisted knee just hours after West Ham had a £20million bid rejected for the Austria forward, who handed in a transfer request earlier in the week.
Swiss superstar Shaqiri turned up to appease the local support, although he wasn't named in the match-day squad.

Mark Hughes named a strong line-up for the second match in three days including the likes of Ryan Shawcross, Bojan and Saido Berahino.
