The Ivorian striker is currently deemed surplus to requirements at the Etihad and was sent on loan to Stoke for the season.
However he has been only a bit-part player at the bet365 Stadium, so far managing just two goals in 11 appearances.
He is expected to leave the Etihad Stadium in the summer and has been heavily linked with a move to the Chinese Super League. But, according to reports in Turkey, Galatasaray are working hard on a deal to sign him.
Fotomac have suggested the club is currently in talks with City, who are asking for around £10m for Bony, who arrived at City from Swansea for £28m just two years ago.
