Paul Lambert believes Stoke are showing the togetherness required to stave off relegation following their battling goalless draw at Southampton.
The Potters were under pressure for most of the second half at St Mary's but dug in to earn a potentially valuable point against another team scrapping for Premier League survival.
They have now lost just one of their six games since Lambert replaced Mark Hughes as manager in January, although Saturday's stalemate was their fourth draw during that run and means they remain in the bottom three, a point from safety.
'Since I've come into the football club, they've been excellent from week one to game six and any other time you would be really happy with it, just because the situation we're in (we are not),' said Lambert.
