Stoke’s record signing Giannelli Imbula is struggling to understand what is required in the Premier League, according to Mark Hughes.
The club are prepared to listen to summer offers for the midfielder, who cost £18.3million in January 2016 but has only played seven minutes of Premier League football this year.
Imbula arrived with a big reputation from Porto and impressed initially but Stoke may now only be able to recoup little more than half his fee at the end of the campaign.
Hughes did not dismiss the possibility of selling the 24-year-old, who is behind Joe Allen, Charlie Adam, Glenn Whelan and Geoff Cameron.
