Stoke winger Ramadan Sobhi commits to club with new five-year contract as he looks to provide creative spark

Stoke winger Ramadan Sobhi has signed a new five-year contract with the club.

The 20-year-old Egypt international only joined Stoke last summer from Al Ahly in his homeland but he impressed in his 19 appearances during his maiden season and has been rewarded with an improved long-term deal.

The player told the club's official website: 'I received a friendly and good welcome from everyone at the Club, including my teammates and the management team in my first season. Thanks to the fans for the support they gave me throughout last season.
