Another week and another four goals conceded for Mark Hughes and his increasingly inept squad, who added Crystal Palace to the list of sides who have embarrassed them in 2016. It was a contest in which they struggled to get a foothold and one that was lost as soon as Jon Walters and Shay Given conspired between themselves to gift the hosts the opener.
The remaining three goals duly followed; the only glitch to their recent form being a last-minute Marko Arnautovic consolation that did anything but console the fans, who are becoming increasingly angered by their side's form.
