Stoke goalkeeper Jack Butland made sure he was taking it ice and easy as he stepped up his recovery from injury.
The 23-year-old has not played since he broke an ankle in England's 3-2 win over Germany in March.
Butland posted a picture on Instagram of him taking an ice bath with the message 'feeling good' after a training session on Friday.
Stoke boss Mark Hughes has confirmed that Butland had returned to training.
After returning to training in pre-season, he suffered a setback on the eve of the new campaign and underwent surgery last month .
