Stoke City have completed the signing of Bruno Martins Indi from Porto on a five-year contract.
The Dutch defender has returned to the club after a successful season-long loan spell with the Potters last season.
Stoke will pay around £7million for the 25-year-old who established himself as a key part of Mark Hughes' defence making 35 appearances in total over the previous campaign.
Chief executive Tony Scholes said: “We are delighted to have secured a deal to bring Bruno to the Club in a permanent transfer and I know that Bruno feels the same.
