Bournemouth completed the signing of defender Marc Wilson on a two-year deal after a move from Stoke City on Monday.
The Republic of Ireland international leaves Stoke after six seasons as the teams agreed an undisclosed fee.
Wilson, 28, previously played for the Cherries on loan from Portsmouth in 2007.
"I am delighted to be back on the south coast," Wilson told the club's website. "I know a lot of the guys down here and as soon I heard the interest from the club it was very appealing to me.
"Of course it was a big decision to make with having to move my wife and kid back down here, but I am thrilled now that I've made it.
