Zach Ertz caught the biggest pass in Eagles franchise history, diving for the end zone and the go-ahead touchdown with 2:21 remaining.
Ertz, Philadelphia’s leading receiver this season, had his touchdown reviewed for an extended period of time. In a play eerily similar to Dez Bryant’s ‘non catch’ from a couple years ago, Ertz took two steps before lunging, extending the ball. He crossed the plane of the goal line, but then the ball popped up. The refs upheld the play, much to the chagrin of Cris Collinsworth.
He had 7 catches for 67 yards on the the night.
