Stanford wraps up spring practice at 1 p.m. PT on Saturday with its annual spring game. Here are some keys developments to keep an eye on:
The quarterback battle: This is the obvious one. For the first time since the 2012 offseason, the Cardinal enter their spring game without naming a starter at the quarterback position. That year, Josh Nunes and Brett Nottingham took turns leading series at San Francisco's Kezar Stadium, while eventual starter and Rose Bowl hero Kevin Hogan saw some action, but he was mostly an afterthought on the day.
So much has changed in the four years since: Hogan, now the winningest quarterback in Stanford history, is readying for the NFL draft.
