BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Former Stanford defensive end Jovan Swann has decided to play his final college season with the Indiana Hoosiers.
Athletic department officials made the announcement Wednesday. Swann had previously announced his decision on Twitter.
The 6-foot-2, 270-pound Swann recorded 85 tackles, 18 1/2 tackles for loss and 11 1/2 sacks in 39 games with the Cardinal. He made 19 starts during his career and has a bachelor's degree in human biology.
"We are pleased to welcome Javon to our program," coach Tom Allen said. "Javon's a very mature, sound player who will make our team better.
