The Stanford Cardinal men’s soccer program is fresh off a Pac-12 regular season title for the spring season, and now they’ll aim to write their names in school lore once more in the NCAA Tournament, scheduled to take place starting next month in North Carolina.
The Cardinal are the No. 4 overall seed for the tournament, and will therefore get a first-round bye. They will take on the winner of the Omaha-UNC Greensboro match, which is scheduled for Thursday, and the winner playing Stanford on May 2.
Stanford edged Washington for the Pac-12 crown this season with an overtime win over the Huskies last week.
