Stanford defensive lineman Harrison Phillips has been fully cleared to play and is expected to start Saturday at UCLA.
"He's good to go," Cardinal coach David Shaw said Thursday. "There are no limitations on him."
Phillips, a junior nose tackle, injured his knee in Stanford's season-opening 26-13 win over Kansas State. The Cardinal initially feared the injury was more serious, so he only missed last week's 27-10 victory over USC. There even seemed to be a chance Phillips would play against the Trojans late in the week, but Shaw ruled him out Friday.
