Nothing has changed for Washington in the past week.
Just as they were last week when they debuted at No. 5 in the College Football Playoff rankings, the Huskies are still on course for a potential meeting with No. 1 Alabama. This week they have the all-important No. 4 next to their name, though.
It's status quo around the rest of the Pac-12, too.
Before last week's slate of games, Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott said it was too early to worry about the conference potentially not fulfilling its bowl allotment, but the week's results made it even more likely that will be the case.
