Four-star 2016 quarterback K.J. Costello (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) has said he wants to make his college decision "soon", but definitely by the end of March, according to 247sports.
Costello, the No. 4 pro-style QB in the class, is considering Stanford, USC, and Michigan.
“I’ve been all around the country multiple times,” Costello said. “I’m just trying to figure out where I’m trying to go. Make a decision, make a commitment, move on and really get ready for my senior season. I’m pretty close. Day in and day out I’m trying to think if I feel like I’m feeling the same way. If I’m feeling the same way four, five, seven days in a row, I’ll make my decision.”
Costello does want to make one more visit to Michigan before making his decision.
“I’ve been talking to (Jim) Harbaugh quite a bit,” he said. “He wants to get me out there as soon as possible. I think I might head out there during the week next week, if I can find a flight. Or in two weeks. I loved it [last time]. I just didn’t know where it was going with the coaching staff. With Harbaugh and Jedd Fisch and (John) Baxter and Coach (Tim) Drevno they have a big-time staff up there so it’s definitely something to take a good look at.”
However, Michigan isn't the favorite. Costello indicated that he "loves" USC, and that Stanford is "an unbelievable opportunity".
