Stanford was locked in a low-scoring battle with #23 Utah, taking the Utes to overtime in a 7-7 game.

Utah answered though, scoring the game-winning touchdown on a third and two completion to pull ahead of Stanford in the second overtime.

The freshman running back stepped in and did a commendable job in his first career start, leading the backfield in rushing yards.

Utah's offense was very quiet in this game, but Wilson made an impact through the air and on the ground, punching in a rushing touchdown and throwing for two scores to account for all three Utes touchdowns.
