Some quick notes from the previous weekend of farm play:

Memphis Redbirds

Losses on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: currently 22-16

  • Kevin Herget allowed one run in 6 2⁄3 innings on Friday, striking out seven Dodgers. He took a tough loss, however, and dropped to 1-4.
  • Tyler O’Neill hit his 10th homer of the season on Saturday and his 11th on Sunday. Here’s a clip of Sunday’s long ball:
