Ichiro Suzuki singled to right field off Jonathan Broxton on Thursday night, and he's now two hits shy of 3,000 in his career in the majors. Ichiro is in the starting lineup tonight against the Cardinals and it could be his best chance to get several at-bats in a row in this series -- and that 3,000th hit.
