April 26, 2015, Springfield, MO – The Arkansas Travelers took the series finale, 8-6, against the Springfield Cardinals before 6,611 fans at Hammons Field on Sunday afternoon. The two teams combined for 14 runs on 25 hits with three errors in the back-and-forth battle.

The Cardinals (5-11) came out swinging, plating a pair of early runs against RHP Kyle McGowin in the bottom of the first. CF Charlie Tilson got the rally going with a leadoff walk, before motoring his way to second base with a steal.
