Some well-known names have been selected for induction into the St. Louis Media History Foundation's Hall of Fame — including National Baseball Hall of Fame member Rick Hummel, longtime Cardinals beat writer for the Post-Dispatch.
Another notable inductee is Jack Dorsey, founder of Twitter, who is the first member to be taken into the hall in the "digital media" category.
Other members to be inducted at a ceremony in spring 2017 are:
John Beck, senior vice president of Emmis Radio-St. Louis; former television news director Jim Brady; Peggy Cohill, a program producer at KMOX Radio; former NBC correspondent Bob Dotson; KWMU-FM 90.
