STL man who quit over 'Caucasian Heritage' night is back behind mic

This space reported in late June that STL native Joey Zanaboni had quit his job with the minor-league Orem (Utah) Owlz, because they planned to host a "Caucasian Heritage Night."

But Zanaboni — a 2009 graduate of St. Louis University High who found the promotion racially offensive — is back in the baseball broadcast booth, with the Rockford Aviators of the independent Frontier League.
