St. Louis Cardinals: Who made noise during the Futures Game?

With one less player than last year at the MLB Futures Game, the St. Louis Cardinals were still very well represented when Dylan Carlson and Nolan Gorman got their opportunities to show what they could do against the best of their fellow prospects.

In what was a bit of a disappointing finish to the game, it ended in a tie where the National League and the American League both ended with two runs after a rule change made the game just seven innings with one extra inning.

Dylan Carlson, who is still just 20 years old and playing at AA Springfield started in right field for the NL and made the most of his two plate appearances as he singled in one of the two runs.
