One thing the St. Louis Cardinals have seemed to have trouble doing lately is scoring runs. That’s certainly not been a problem for the Memphis Redbirds as they put up 44 runs in the matter of six games and went 4-2 in that time.
Monday was a big night against the Colorado Springs Sky Sox scoring 12 runs and earning a 12-4 victory. Four Redbirds had three RBI nights, Dan Johnson, Cody Stanley, Dean Anna, and Jeremy Hazelbaker. Johnson had two home runs on the night giving him 11 on the season and Anna hit his second of the season.
