The minor leagues went 2-1 for the night as the Memphis Redbirds contest with the Omaha Storm Chasers was postponed due to rain. The two teams will meet in a doubleheader on May 17th at Autozone Park. The scheduled starters, John Gast and former Cardinal Clayton Mortensen, will make their season debuts tomorrow evening.
All three teams which played received excellent starting pitching, but only two bullpens could keep the leads for their teams.
