On Friday afternoon, the St. Louis Cardinals pulled off a trade, acquiring side-winding reliever Steve Cishek from the Miami Marlins in exchange for Double-A reliever Kyle Barraclough (who?).
Some Cardinals fans were scratching their heads after the move, as much of the talk around social media circles has led many to believe that the team’s most pressing need is to add a power bat, most preferably, at first base.
