It’s been almost a week since Hurricane Maria made landfall on the island of Puerto Rico. Since the hurricanes departure from the island, pictures of total devastation have slowly trickled through on the internet and social media. Yadier Molina, the St. Louis Cardinals‘ lone player from Puerto Rico, has stepped up in a big way.
In response to Hurricane Maria, Yadier Molina and his family immediately set up a fundraiser for donations to send supplies to the island. His goal is to raise $1 million dollars for the people of Puerto Rico.
