In order to make room for Edmundo Sosa, a fellow top prospect has been sent to Double A. Ramon Urias, who sits as the 29th prospect in the St. Louis Cardinals organization, is heading to Springfield.
Sosa is the Cardinals 11th ranked prospect, and he is on the 40 man roster. St. Louis signed the infielder during the same international signing period where they secured the services of Alex Reyes and Magneuris Sierra. I do miss Mags. Anyway, Sosa will be the last of the group to debut in the big leagues.
