KANSAS CITY • Royals righthander Brad Keller, who held the Cardinals to one hit over the first seven innings in a start in May, held them to no hits over the first five innings Wednesday night. But Dakota Hudson wasn’t far behind him and the game was scoreless at 4 ½ innings.

Keller walked two and there was an infield error through five. Hudson scattered four hits through four.
